•  Always wear your school ID as you enter the library and while in the premises.
•  Always leave your personal belongings at the Bags' Depository Area except your valuables. The library is not responsible for any loss or damamge to your property.
•  Always present your validated school ID when borrowing books or availing of other services of the library.
•  Always present to the staff on duty any library material you wish to bring outside the library for inspection.


BORROWING OF BOOKS AND MATERIALS

1.  A borrower is held responsible for all materials borrowed.
2. Books and other materials at the Reference, Periodicals, Filipiniana, Bikol Collection and Reserve Sections are for inside loan only.
3.  However, books with duplicate copies at the Filipiniana and Reserve Sections may be borrowed for overnight use and must be returned at 8:00 A.M. the following day.
4. Charges for failing to return borrowed materials on due dates are as follows:

Filipiniana, Bikol Collection and Reserve Books

P5.00/ hour Circulation Books

P2.00/day

• Payment should be made at the Treasurer's Office and the receipt should be presented to the High School librarian or to any staff on duty at the General Circulation Desk.

• In case a borrower does not return the book for a period of one year, he will be made to pay the current price of the book and the cost of mailing expenses/processing. No books are allowed for home use two weeks before the end of the school year.

5. Books at the Circulation Section such as non-fiction, may be borrowed for three days and the fiction books for five school days.


CONDUCT INSIDE THE LIBRARY PREMISES

1. Silence must be observed at all times.
2. Eating is strictly prohibited.
3. Stealing, vandalism/destruction of library properties such as books, periodicals, computer programs, chairs, and tables will be penalized severely.
4. Use of cell phones and other similar devices is strictly prohibited.
5. Playing and downloading on-line games at the Electronic Resources Center are prohibited.
6. Maintain proper arrangement of tables and chairs in the library.
7. Disrespectful language and/or gestures againts any library personnel will be dealt with accordingly.
8. Only notebooks needed for study and research may be brought inside the library. Students may bring their personal books/s after presenting it/them to the staff on duty and subject for inspection after its use.
